New Moon Soundbath Experience

Use the new moon as an opportunity to pause, settle in, and make room for what’s next.

Taking the new moon as an invitation to begin again, we’ll slow down, clarify our goals, and consider what we want to welcome into our lives through intention setting and thoughtful reflection.

Enjoy an immersive sound bath led by Jennifer Warmik, sound bath practitioner and Certified Reiki Healer, complemented by a reflection experience from The Daily Wild —bringing a little animal-inspired perspective to your intentions and next steps.

You don’t need a perfectly formed goal or any previous experience. Come as you are, with a little curiosity and space to listen to yourself.

Wear comfy clothes (think yoga pants and a sweatshirt). Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets will be provided.
